Work Experience

Boosting buyer confidence

eBay’s cart lacked key information at the moment of purchase. I led a redesign that introduced badges and urgency signals, helping buyers check out faster and more confidently. The approach later scaled to checkout, doubling the impact.

Price Transparency in Cart

Led UX improvements to make discounts and promotions clearer at the item and order level. Improved buyer trust, reduced cart abandonment, and contributed to higher average order values (AOV) by addressing a key friction point in the checkout flow.

Joy Calendar is a mobile app designed to help users save and attend events they discover on social media. I led the full UX and branding process, including research, strategy, interaction design, and visual direction to create a cohesive and engaging experience.

skisync

SkiSync’s trip registration and profile management flows were confusing and inefficient, leading to high drop-off and user frustration. A redesign was needed to streamline the experience and lay the foundation for a scalable design system.

apptoto

As a UX/UI Design Intern, I helped improve Apptoto’s customer-facing app for managing automated appointment reminders. My work focused on reducing no-shows, streamlining scheduling, and enhancing the user experience to support client satisfaction and revenue growth.

I conducted a case study to understand general investing experience with the goal of enhancing the usability of the Charles Schwab app, creating one central portal to manage all finances including savings, real estate, credit cards, and investments in stock, bonds, crypto and other options.

Charles Schwab redesign

Redesigned an app for AR goggles to improve the training practices of firefighters. Conducted primary and secondary research, led brainstorming sessions, created an interactive framework, created high-fidelity prototypes and performed multiple usability analysis tests.

Strategized end-to-end product features. Created user research, personas, task flows, branding, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, identified and resolved pain points, completed a competitor analysis.
