ebay - Badges & Signals on cart + Checkout

eBay, one of the world's largest online marketplaces, sought to enhance its user experience by implementing badges and signals strategically across its platform. My goal was to provide users with valuable information on cart at a glance, increasing confidence in purchasing decisions and ultimately driving conversion rates.

As part of the eBay Payments and Protections team, my goal was to enhance the user experience by integrating transparent discount information directly in the cart. This provided users with clear insights on available discounts and how to apply them, ultimately boosting their confidence in purchasing decisions. The improvements aimed to increase conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, elevate customer satisfaction, and drive higher average order values.

As a UX/UI Design intern at Apptoto, I contributed to enhancing the customer-facing app for Apptoto's automated appointment reminders, which allows customers to manage their calendars for their clients. My work focused on reducing no-shows, streamlining scheduling, boosting client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Charles Schwab redesign

I conducted a case study to understand general investing experience with the goal of enhancing the usability of the Charles Schwab app, creating one central portal to manage all finances including savings, real estate, credit cards, and investments in stock, bonds, crypto and other options.

FireLens

Redesigned an app for AR goggles to improve the training practices of firefighters. Conducted primary and secondary research, led brainstorming sessions, created an interactive framework, created high-fidelity prototypes and performed multiple usability analysis tests.
